WHAT EXACTLY IS THE "PREMIUM RESERVED UPGRADE?

This is our reserved seating and in the front half the audience. This provides you and rest of your party ease of mind that you will all be seated together with a great view. Our shows often sell out and this allows you to show up all the way until showtime and ensure your seats are set aside together with your last name on them.

Please note only premium tickets are seated together. If your order has 3 premium tickets and 1 under 25, only the 3 premium seats will be set aside.

DOES PREMIUM RESERVED GUARANTEE FRONT ROW?

No. The very front of our audience is generally reserved for donors who also get reserved seating. That said, we always give you the best seating available and you will always have a great seat in the front half of the audience.

WHAT IS GENERAL ADMISSION?

All other ticket types other than premium reserved is general admission seating and is first come first served.

ARE YOUR VENUES WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes! All venues, now including the Lower Depths Theatre, are accessible. If you require wheelchair accessible seating, we simply ask you email us at info@twtheatrenola.com to give us a heads up and we will mark your account in preparation.

ARE ALL OF YOUR VENUES AIR-CONDITIONED?

Yes! That being said, it is New Orleans and sometimes even the best air-conditioning fights an uphill battle here. We do our best to keep the audience as comfortable as possible.

WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?

It's usually street parking here in New Orleans. There is some on campus parking in the front of campus horseshoe when we do shows at our residency at LOYOLA.
